Armed with a 16mm movie camera, 17-year old Gus Pratt set out in 1935 to document Maine's unique 2-foot gauge railroads. Nearly seventy years later, Gus generously donated these films to the WW&F Ry Museum to be used as a fundraiser. His phenomenal films have been professionally transferred to digital video, and at his request, meticulously dubbed wiith authentic sound. "Riding The Maine Two-Footers: The Films of Gus Pratt," is a 30-minute time capsule chronicling the last days of the SR&RL, and WW&F shortly after abandonment. The program concludes with a fitting tribute to Gus. Part 2, which features Gus' Bridgton & Harrison footage taken in 1937-38, and early Edaville in 1948, is NOW AVAILABLE from the WW&F Ry Museum gift shop!
